NEW ANALYSIS: Record wind and solar generation saved UK from gas imports worth £1bn in March 2026
📈Wind+solar were up 22% year-on-year in March to a record high for the month
⛴️This avoided the need for gas imports worth £1bn at current high prices

Imagine China occupying California, Nevada, Arizona, and Oregon and then the EU telling America: “Make a deal with the occupier or we won’t support you.”
Absurd, right? No country would accept that.
Yet this is exactly what Ukraine is being told today.
And let’s not forget: Ukraine gave up the world’s third largest nuclear arsenal under U.S. security guarantees. They trusted America.
Now Ukraine being pushed to surrender their land to the same aggressor that invaded them.
This isn’t “peacemaking.” This is betrayal.

This is the Bank Of Earth.
The real economy of this planet is its forests and oceans. Its currency is water, food, oxygen, sunlight. Its stock market is the ecosystems and climate systems which regulate the allocation and use of these resources, and its stakeholders are its 10 million species”
The Bank of Earth is the only sustainable bank to ever have existed. There are no tellers, no bankers, and no cash machines, because all transactions are free. There are no bank accounts or debt, because no one owns anything. Everything is either shared or loaned, and eventually returned to the bank. No one is poor, yet no one owns “rights” to anything.
Those who withdraw funds at the expense of others are punished by the ecosystem and the physical laws of the universe.

This is a dramatic change, and not the kind of change that people who voted for Brexit were hoping for.

If the UK leaves the ECHR, then *people in the UK* lose all the protections listed below.
(Nobody else does, because no other country is leaving!)
It would be a massive act of self-harm, and a huge victory for a government bent on repression and fear.

It's indefensible for the BBC to keep inviting Julia Hartley-Brewer onto #bbcqt: she's a climate-denier whose only credential is as a Murdoch mouthpiece & reliable clickbait.
They don’t invite flat-earthers on, so why climate-deniers?
The BBC should do much better.

This is the most chaotic government in living memory, with an 80 seat majority. That tells you all you need to know about the lie that FPTP delivers strong and stable governments.
It’s time to make votes matter.
