Well said, @worldbankpres. India offers numerous valuable lessons, particularly in its digital infrastructure, payment revolution, secure banking systems, and more. Kudos to @narendramodi for his charismatic leadership and exemplary governance.
The allegations against former justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul require investigation, and if guilt is established, pension and related benefits should cease. Integrity is essential for judges across the nation’s courts.
Well done @OpIndia_com

Sanjay Kishan Kaul challenged the working of former Chief Justice DY CHANDRACHUD. Now, it’s time he faces scrutiny. He should be required to account for his properties in Dubai, and his tax returns should be audited.
Well done @UnSubtleDesi

Well said by the Supreme Court. Protests can’t happen indefinitely and the designated sites need to be made available to others also if they want to protest. CJP type bigots should remember this.
#BREAKING Supreme Court says the right to protest cannot mean occupying a designated protest site indefinitely and denying others the same right.
CJI Surya Kant says farmers, workers, trade unions and the homeless also have a right to protest, and sites must be allotted for identified periods.
The Court also stresses the need to balance the right to protest with the right to trade and earn a livelihood, particularly that of daily-wage workers.

Seeing the infrastructure firsthand is impressive. I am unsure what critics say about the roads, but good roads serve everyone. Credit goes to @nitin_gadkari for the roads.
Excellent—the Vadodara–Mumbai Expressway supports travel from Delhi to Jaipur.
The Bombay High Court expressed this point well. Actor Imran crossed a boundary and should face accountability.
You aren't an Indian citizen. You're not even remotely affected by #SIR, therefore you have no right to participate in these #protests. You will have to apologise because all this is instigation: Bombay HC to #ImranKhan

Additional Solicitor General Anil Singh for Union Govt. points out that Imran has given interviews and put on social media certain posts to instigate citizens.
CJ: You are OCI holder you are here showing your OCI showing unemployment you cannot behave like an Indian citizen... You are not even remotely affected by the SIR therefore you have no right to protest or participate in these protest...
J Sethna: Right to protest isn't even available to an OCI holder.
Dhond: Milords, I don't want to get into the larger question of law.
CJ: Since you are here right from your childhood why don't you apply for Indian citizenship? Since u have studied here, worked here everything here then apply for Indian citizenship... This all behavious etc in public... You have known it... if you want to remain an OCI Card holder, you will have to give an undertaken... Give an undertaken saying you won't participate in such protests again.
Dhond: I am making an undertaking right away saying I voluntarily I am making this statement that I will not participate in any protests and will not encourage or instigate anyone to participate in such protests...
CJ: Mr Dhond this type of undertaking will have to come along with an unconditional apology... You will have to apologise because all this is instigation... This is least expected from a celebrity... You have worked here you got all recognition etc from here... You cannot instigate citizens... Being a celebrity you have so many followers... Any statement from you is decisive.... You just cannot instigate anyone here...all your livelihood, bread butter etc are from this country... See the magnanimity of the country they have always accepted you without knowing that you are an OCI Card holder... You must own it.

What a luck is @Nidhi bringing to @JKNC_ !!
@BJP4JnK: Continue observing the internal divide within NC. If a split could arise from MLAs’ dissatisfaction, it should occur for the broader benefit of J&K. Kashmir requires change

Replying to @sabeer
@sabeer: What prevented Nano City from advancing? Was the land allocation by Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) an example of crony capitalism? Now we know why you’re jealous of Adani as he executes the projects unlike you who fail.
Sabeer Bhatia is now lecturing India on crony capitalism and state capture from California.
In 2006, under the UPA government in Haryana, his Nano City project got state approval for ~11,000 acres in Panchkula. Cap table: Bhatia group 52%, Parsvnath 38%, HSIIDC 10%. He talked up a ₹50,000 crore valuation, an airport and a golf course.
By 2010, almost nothing had been built. HSIIDC cancelled it after the main promoter failed to deliver plans or real progress.
He didn’t mind the state-backed land deal when he held the majority stake. The lectures started after the project flopped.
Archives don’t forget.
Sabeer, the chief minister at the time was @BhupinderShooda. Which party does he represent—perhaps @INCHaryana? I recall hearing he is not from the BJP. Did I also hear your project was canceled during the UPA era? Come on, you’re now exposed.

Sabeer Bhatia’s Nano City Story Is Exactly Why His Lectures Deserve Scrutiny
₹1,850 crore proposed investment.
11,138 acres envisioned.
A Silicon Valley-style technology ecosystem promised.
Four years later, Haryana authorities were complaining about the lack of progress. In 2011, HSIIDC recommended scrapping the project.
Promises are easy. Execution is harder.
Sabeer Bhatia became famous after co-founding Hotmail, acquired by Microsoft in 1997 for approximately $400 million.
Nearly three decades later, Hotmail remains his biggest success. His subsequent ventures failed to achieve comparable impact, while his ambitious ₹1,850 crore Nano City project in Haryana never materialised.
Today, he frequently criticises politicians and industrialists on social media. Criticism is his right, but accountability works both ways.
Before lecturing India on development, perhaps Bhatia should explain what happened to the Silicon Valley he once promised Haryana 😂

#WATCH | Chandigarh: On resigning from the primary membership of the Aam Aadmi Party, Former AAP MLA Chetan Singh Jauramajra says, "... Punjab is suffering from the drug problem. When we came to power, our first commitment was to eradicate drugs within three to four months and provide better education and healthcare. But we have not been able to deliver on these promises effectively... Families are struggling to get treatment at hospitals. We claim that a health card worth Rs 10 lakh has been introduced, but neither the Rs 10 lakh nor the Rs 5 lakh card was being accepted there. Patients should receive treatment first, but that is not happening... As for education, Punjab still needs thousands of teachers. Several schools have closed in recent days, and student enrolments have also declined. It seems that no significant progress has been made in the education sector in Punjab..."
🚨three current Punjab legislators belonging to @AamAadmiParty arrive at BJP headquarters.
Before the Punjab Assembly elections, the Aam Aadmi Party confronts significant disruption as three notable sitting MLAs resign within 24 hours.
#WATCH | Delhi: After joining BJP, Harmeet Singh Pathanmajra says, "The BJP will form the government in the upcoming elections. People truly desire this. Once a few key issues are resolved, everyone will be ready to align themselves with the BJP."
He says, "I would like to urge everyone to join the BJP; the BJP is the only party capable of resolving the issues facing Punjab—whether it concerns debt, the drug menace, or the problem of gangsters. For instance, Amit Shah ji stated that we will eradicate the drug problem; he ensures that everything he promises is actually carried out. Therefore, I appeal to everyone—Punjab needs the BJP today. Given the massive debt accumulated by other parties, Punjab cannot survive without support from the Centre. Everyone will eventually come to BJP..."
#WATCH | Delhi: Rebel AAP leaders Kunwar Vijay Pratap, Harmeet Singh Pathanmajra, and Chetan Singh Jouramajra join the BJP.
#WATCH | Delhi: After joining BJP, Chetan Singh Jouramajra says, "As for the MLAs who have already received tickets, we expect that some of them might actually relinquish those tickets and join the BJP. The situation in Punjab is far from good; the people there are deeply distressed. Issues like drug abuse, the rise of gangs, and frequent incidents of snatching... Therefore, if we want to put an end to all these problems in Punjab, it is essential that a BJP government comes to power in the state."
