There are no certainties about what tomorrow may bring. Who knows where the path may take us? But, we get to choose to put one foot in front of the other and move forward. To be kind. Hopeful & loving. We don't fully control where the path may lead us, but we choose how we react.
This is one of my most favourite people on Earth - my cousin Heather. She has faced some challenges in life, but has always remained kind and positive. And now she has come out on top. I love seeing Karma in action!

Today, a dear friend Michelle, was laid to rest. She was a bright light to all who knew her. The pain was palpable in her husband Antonio's speech at the funeral. I know that feeling too well. This beauty will be missed. Rest in peace, my friend.
Growing up, I was the shortest one by quite a bit in my family. Now, as I look at this picture from a shopping trip with my daughters, I notice my eldest is taller and my baby is pretty close! I may be destined to be the shrimp again.😀
30 yrs ago, I went to my first Port Elgin Street Dance. It's surreal bringing my daughters to this dance I went to myself as a teen. I even got double checked for ID to get the stamp so I could drink. Seriously, I am almost 50! It brought me back in time! Thanks for the memories
