A weird loser was taking a photo of the All Gender Washroom in the SEA airport (inside, handwashing area, overlooking the toilet stalls). Not sure what is his intention. Maybe he is amused that such toilets exist in the USA? But that was a creepy behavior.
Have you ever thought about it? A younger person controls your life. No, I am not talking about your child. I am referring to your younger-self. Your signature? That is from 1996. Your email? That’s from 2006. Blog? 2008. Your life revolves around your decisions from decades ago.
The TSA wanted to double-check my shoes. So they sent my shoes through the CT (yes, not X-Ray. This is CT) scanner. I saw a pair of shoes that look like mine coming out in a couple of minutes with a woman’s shoes next to it in a tray. Can’t be mine obviously.

Thank God, it was getting out of control.
Certain things are common sense: Like, don't leave the kitchen in a mess after a fully-cooked meal. Wash the dishes, pots, and pans.
But it was too much with all these "strip the sheets, load them to washing machine, start dishwasher."
One thing I absolutely love about conference trips is… these trips come with "instant friends."
There is not a single conference trip where I did not make at least one new friend.
Some of these new friendships became life-long, including one where I traveled across continents.
Second snow of the season. The first one was on Oct 1st. That one didn’t stick around. This time looks like the real deal. In that case, we won’t see bare land until next year late March to early April.
