told my therapist abt how happy ive been feeling after starting my new meds but she looked concerned writing her notes #whatthatmean
my psychiatrist hesitated on giving me adhd meds bc he straight up told me ive lost a lot of weight and he said "not saying ure doing this, but a lot of ppl who want to lose weight when they have eds try to get adhd meds to help" i didnt even KNOW that was a thing til he said it
who wouldve thought all i needed were adhd meds to not feel depressed and non-stop eating all the time and actually get shit done wow life is great i feel great i feel alive now

i was making myself a protein shake inside my magic bullet. couldnt find the fucking cover for it tho so i was gonna use the big blender but bc im in a mexican household ofc it smells spicy. ive decided to put the shake in the fridge and starve today idgaf anymore
