They behaved as the uniform demanded from them.
Memories of their deeds they left behind.
Not fallen but surely forgotten, Our own Brothers who never came back.
Our soldiers who went missing in action
Let's remember them.

As #Maharashtra celebrates Deepavali from today, wishing everyone Happy and Safe #Diwali .
Resharing my thread on why making of a #Killa or a #Fort , is a part of tradition/ a ritual while celebrating #Diwali .
In Maharashtra traditionally Diwali is celebrated for 7 days
रमा एकादशी, गोवत्स द्वादशी, धनतेरस, नरक चतुर्दशी लक्ष्मीपूजन, बलिप्रतिपदा और भाई दुज।
Diwali is the festival of Lights.
Construction or building of fort is a ritual followed during #Diwali

When the guardians of Law become victims of Injustice…
Heartbreaking images from Dewas as SP Aditya Mishra breaks down while carrying the mortal remains of his colleague, Insp Dilip Puri who was brutally k*lled by the liquor mafia just 2 days ago.
His eyes speak volume of the helplessness inflicted by the broken law and order system.
How have the liquor mafia grown so monstrous, that they crushed a cop in the broad daylight ? This cold-blooded act screams of deep-rooted protection and political patronage. When our protectors become prey, the entire system is broken.
Will #InspectorDilipPuri ever get justice, or will the political shields protect these monsters too ?
