Welfare regimes seem to influence oral health, as well as economic development. Liberal countries showed the largest absolute and relative age-adjusted inequality in tooth loss, while social democracies had the lowest prevalence among HIC countries.

Instead of stealing Greenland from Denmark, let’s steal some of their policies.
In Denmark:
- Health care and college are free.
- The starting wage is $22/hr.
- Paid parental leave is 1 year.
- Paid vacation is 6 weeks.
- All workers get pensions.

Controversial opinion (or not): the global burden of diseases is like nuggets, which are based on chicken. GBD is based on real data but it is not real data. Like ultra-processed food, it sells a lot and tastes good, if you do not have chicken, you go for nuggets. Do you agree?
