There is always an issue with that kind of gap.
I work in IT (AD), and I've met too many people who were good but not good enough to be helpful, creating resentment.
And it can be predicted easily. I ask for help, and the guy looks at the problem and asks me to solve it so he can work on it 😅
So, I explain that the crux of the job IS solving the problem. Then, some fight ensues where the guy mostly says, "But I never learned how to do it." I replied that I didn't either. Then I have to solve the problem, and the guy returns with, "You see, you knew. If you didn't learn how to solve this, you wouldn't be able to do it". From then on, everything you can say is insulting one way or another, as it boils down to "I am better than you at this."
So, you try to say that you've some experience, that you were lucky.
But it happens that you have an insane amount of experience on many topics and an insane amount of luck.
Then people start to realize you are much better than them at the job but don't want to admit it. And that fosters an awful environment.
Then, you naturally pick the most challenging problems so others can solve the easier ones.
In an ideal world, people are happy (to each to his capabilities).
In the real world, everyone struggles. You too. The big difference is that you've no support, and others look up to you for help. So, you start helping by removing roadblocks. Until you reach the point where you are not doing your job as you should. So, you begin denying some requests.
People are surprised and ask, "Why don't you help me for 5 minutes, because without you, it will take me hours?". And you've to explain that you are solving problems that are way more difficult and need to be solved. And when you're giving 5 minutes here and there, you're not doing your job. And there is nobody that can help.
And then, they feel insulted and reply aggressively.
That's why it's best to have teams where employees are homogenous regarding problem-solving skills. Too great of a difference and resentment will install.
One way around that is to have clear rules about who does what and provide time for support while ensuring everyone understands it's a privilege to get that help.

It depends what I ate, if my super was lite, I would be hungry, if my super was copious, I may not be hungry.
It's layer 4, where you discuss the hypothetical and add your own to complete the disussion.
Also, not to be confused with "dialog."

Anecdote :

Petit truc en go.

Men are more likely to look at their bike to understand how it work. So, men will do mental efforts.
Women just use it and look when it break and if it can be delegated, it is.
So, women are very disadvantaged in the task.
It would be the same with VCR. Men would be almost 100% of people who did open their VCR...Anf for nearly 100% of women, it would stay a black box.
Nothing surprising.
I could dona simple test that would show blacks are more knowledgeable about hairs:
What is your hair type? Use a single digit followed by a single letter. Example: 3C.
Whites would not even grasp what the possible answers mean. 😅
Most black would write 3C very easily.
So, there is an extra layers to those tests that one need to consider.
Good items is drawing and coloring a trafic light for example. Drawing a stop sign. Drawing a tree. Drawing a manhole. Drawing a person and face.
Etc.
This allows to see past "yup, men are more interested on how things work."

I am also quite violent and clinical when I feel endengered and I did Taekwondo for self control.
So, I don't have that fear and to be fair, I would take some time to consider anything to be a fight.
Everytime I was pulled in a fight, I kind of lagged 😂
And that's also why I keep my head on a swivel, to compensate for that. I prefer to be ready for nothing than slapped out of nowhere.
