We gave Programmable Digital our own site. It wrote the storyboard, animated it in our brand and checked every frame. This is what came out.

Invite people by name: a personal event page and one-tap registration.
For a roundtable, a dinner or a workshop where you know who you want in the room: paste their emails and names, and each gets a personal link to a page addressed to them.

Type your event the way you'd tell a colleague: what it is, who it's for, when and where.

The distribution problem is exactly right. 200K practices, most under 10 employees, zero IT staff. The play is not enterprise SaaS. It is productized service: audit the practice, implement 2-3 automations (scheduling, reminders, insurance verification), charge $500-800/mo managed. That is the motion that scales.

Once the subsidy disappears, a lot of “AI adoption” turns out to be underpriced compute wearing a software multiple.

Self-announcement as a connection to an intelligence source/model provider is a baseline heuristic. There are a ton of other things that can be done at runtime. An agent that was run twice and then was shelved is a different problem entirely, more akin to API key sprawl and more traditional software inventory.

Exactly. Reading 200 pages is a solved problem. Knowing that a missing flood cert on a property in zone AE kills the deal while a missing survey in Kansas doesn't - that's the moat. Generic AI reads everything equally. Domain AI knows what to skip.

I think the ultimate decision lies on people who are leading the product. Saying no to 99 things and doing 1 thing that matters will become 100x more important. In the era of 10x and 100x engineer the 1x or 2x engineer who takes time to build the right thing will shine
