A lot of people are DMing me their résumés and all that, but I don’t need any of it.
Just share one technical artifact, a thread, or a blog post that demonstrates how you think. That’s enough for me to evaluate you.
And please don’t DM me about having 5, 10, or 20 years of experience. Years of experience don’t automatically translate into engineering ability. We can out-engineer people with 20 years of experience across both product engineering and systems.
No résumé. No years-of-experience flexing. No meaningless GitHub contributions or green squares.
One technical artifact. Show me how you think. That’s all I need.
