Since @RenttheRunway canceled my order, I have to find a dress tomorrow morning for my evening event. No help at the Chicago store, since the last time I visited they only had 1, yes 1, dress in a 14. Said dress also had thin straps.

They have already credited my store account and refunded me, but they have missed the larger picture here. Since I am not thin with an average bust size, I have to search and search for an acceptable garment to wear.

The warranted refund and credits are nice, but I'm still left without something to wear to an event that I have been looking forward to months. I still don't have an explanation on what exactly went wrong. @RenttheRunway, fix your CS response.
