Polymarket now gives Gadi Eisenkot a 66% chance of being Israel's next prime minister. Netanyahu is at 26%.
Israel voted today, and the exit polls show a dead heat. Each bloc is projected at about 51 of the Knesset's 120 seats, and it takes 61 to govern.
Netanyahu's Likud is still the largest single party at about 27 seats. Eisenkot's new Yashar party is at 21 to 22.
Arab parties are projected at about 18 seats, which could make them the kingmakers.
The official count could take days, and coalition talks could take weeks or months. Netanyahu stays on as caretaker until then.

Election worker says, “You’re the ID,” referring to the registered voter serving as identification for the people they are vouching for.
Election worker confirms O’Keefe’s question about unregistered voters being vouched for: “I can vouch for them. They are not registered… That’s okay. That’s fine. Yeah!”
Election worker explains that a registered voter in the same precinct can vouch for up to eight people: “If you’re all in the same precinct and you are already registered, you can vouch for them as ID. Eight people.”
