مدیریت آب کشور در دست نهادهایی فاسد و غیرپاسخگو بوده است. جبران ضررهای این مدیریتِ بد، امکان‌پذیر اما زمان‌‌‌بَر است. ما با سرمایه‌گذاری جدی در بخش آب و برقراری ارتباطاتی دوستانه با کشورهای باتجربه جهان، این بحران را با هم حل می‌کنیم. جلوی ضرر را هر وقت بگیریم، منفعت است.
