Amen, and there's more work to do.
Personally, we need purity.
Commercially, we need to vote with our wallets.
Politically, we need to stand and speak up.
Emotionally, mentally, we need to read good books and embrace good philosophy.
Spiritually, above all, we need Jesus.
“The only thing that has truly served as an anchor of the United States of America is that we have been—and by the grace of God, we always will be—a Christian nation.”

Saw Godzilla Minus Zero in IMAX tonight. If you've seen the first one, it carries on it's legacy of a fun and wild monster movie, while not forgetting the driving focus of humanity while telling its story.
Well done and a good time at the movies. I will say it's the most brutal Godzilla movie I've seen. It earned the R rating.

The world needs “Hopecraft.”
That’s why everyone needs to read “The Breach of Nivenrile.”
THE BREACH OF NIVENRILE
COMING 11/7/2026
Conraid Littletree wanders the woodlands of Nivenrile as a lonely wordrunner, finding it easier to run than go home and face sorrow. That is, until he stumbles upon a startling sight that shakes his sense of safety.
The steadfast Bulwark, a wall standing 500 years strong and 150 feet tall, has guarded the peaceful land from woes. But now uncouth threats are creeping into Nivenrile, from spying eyes and a stalking huntress to smoke that lingers in the wind where it ought not to.
Conraid’s discovery sets him on a stealthy pathmaking task, given by the king himself, to seek out the root of the woes: whispers of a breach in the Bulwark.
With ragtag fellows—a froggish nore, a homesick atheling, a stoneworking umberknight, and a defensive shieldthane—Conraid soon finds the mission is more than mending a broken wall. Over sheer heights and through dark underways, they unearth threats to Nivenrile more invasive and insidious than they imagined.
Drawn into a fight for the land he loves, Conraid’s limits are tested, from otherworldly foes to reckoning with the sorrow he keeps outrunning. Among his unlikely fellows, he must unearth the strength to withstand what is coming, find the worth in gifts he has long thought small, and seek a path he need not tread alone.

My party got crushed last night and you know what? I’m not threatening to flee to Canada or trashing my country, because unlike the left, I see my country as more than a vehicle to political power.
This is my home. And I’ll never stop fighting for it.

Three days until the release of my book, eight years in the making!
I did an estimate of the time I put into this world, and it wound up around 8,000 hours. I hope the heaps of love and care are evident in these 470 pages.
Follow me here at my website for more announcements!

"A joyful heart is good medicine, but a broken spirit dries up the bones."
Come on, Happy Warriors.
It's time to engage with our communities, love our children, and read some good books.
Today we begin my first read of That Hideous Strength by CS Lewis
I helped two people vote for the first time yesterday. We need to keep encouraging believers to vote.
In the future, I will begin speaking my opinions for the amendments and judges in my state. Missouri can do better, and it's horrible how liberal we lean when voting on them.
Well, that was very discouraging. I'm grateful that Jesus is King.
We have more work to do, the fight is never over against the enemy and for righteousness. It starts with us, with our love towards God, our nation, and against the sins of this world.
Let's pray that we become better leaders, that we would seek God first, and we encourage more believers to vote.

Update, he voted!
I've been texting a friend who is on the fence about voting. My advice was this:
No matter what happens in the United States as a whole, you should take a stand. Take one small step and don't make any excuses. The only way we win is by every single vote.
I don't want evil running my country or state, and I know you don't either. Do your best and show up.

The Republic is worthy.
I believe in voting in person. Are mail ballots more convenient? Sure, but the Republic is worthy of my time and effort, so I shall give it.
If I am voting to raise taxes, at the polling place I might see one of those people whose money I propose to take away from them.
If I am voting to cut spending, at the polling place I might see one of those people whose benefits I propose to reduce.
At its heart, all government exercises power over someone. When I set out to do that, it is better that I should look them in the eye.

You have the opportunity to go out and vote directly against evil today. Whatever the outcomes, it’s worth it to take the time to vote.

Dr. Strange returns.
So so so so so so happy to have mom and dad (@Tammy1Peterson and @jordanbpeterson) at our Halloween party (movie character themed!) Couldn’t think of an outfit more appropriate than Dr. Strange. (Mom’s Edna from The Incredibles. I was Elle Woods from Legally Blonde). Thanks to everyone who came out :)
Proud to be in a country to cast my vote. For God, Country, Values, and Family. In Jesus name, may his will be done... Now it's your turn!
Peter is a close friend and mentor of mine. Everything I've read from him has encouraged and pointed me towards learning and growing, whether it's spiritually or relationally!
