And we have @jimcramer crying on live TV about "HYPOTHETICALS" to @GaryGensler, who specifically said that the SEC will only comment on cases where they actually have a case, confirming there is no active case.
On top of this, SPECIFICALLY stating that in order for him to have done something wrong, he must have misled the public or manipulated the market.
Well...
I'm part of the public and I don't feel misled by DFV.

In fact I feel it's the complete opposite.
