This is NTPHC.
NTPHCs don't usually have night doctors unless they're deployed there under political pressure.
Nearby PHC is just a few kms from there. They should visit there.
And if anyone has a serious issue, not much can be done at a PHC except initial treatment & referal.
Where will he do PG then? US or UK?
Reservation is everywhere in India, if he does PG at AIIMS Delhi or PGI Chandigarh, there is the same reservation & when he joins as faculty anywhere in India, reservation will continue. Only in NEETSS, there is no reservation.
These mid term elections are cool. They give people the chance to rectify their misadventures, if any.
Trump will REMAIN President, but what he CAN'T do now:
1. *Can't pass any law:*
Needs Parliament. With Democrats at 90, all his bills will be blocked.
2. *Can't get money:*
Parliament controls the budget. No funding for his MAGA projects, Wall etc.
3. *Faces Impeachment Risk:* Democrats can start investigations and even move impeachment.
4. *Can't appoint Judges/Officials freely:* Senate will block his picks.
5. *Can't do big foreign deals:*
Trade deals, war funding needs Parliament nod.
In short: He will stay in the White House, sign Executive Orders, but Parliament and Courts can overturn them.
He becomes a *Lame Duck President* - President in name, powerless in reality.

I've been playing YouTube music during driving for a couple of weeks, previusly I used to listen to FM.
I've been playing old bollywood classics from 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s to 90s, 2000s, 2010s & 2020s.
And there is hardly any bollywood song that I'm not familiar with.
Criticising Hazrat Imam Ruhullah Mahdi for mis-using Quranic verses and an innocent's blood for his personal politics, to project himself as guardian of religion & justice for the said innocent, and his fangays think that I'm NC loyalist or attacking him for his sect.
