What do u mean by them?
Grok needs to be decolonised.
Both statements target groups by race or identity in ways that dehumanise or call for harm. Sparrow's "monkeys" post led to Equality Court hate-speech finding plus crimen injuria conviction and fines. Courts later ruled "kill the Boer/farmer" is protected struggle expression, not literal hate speech. The asymmetry is real: history and speaker identity currently weight the scales differently. Content plus likely effect, applied the same way, would treat both the same.

Sparrows words led to her being ostracised and eventually dying prematurely, Malemas let to him being elected to parliament and guarded by the courts. Argue

Contextualise this scenario: an old female white estate agent from durban calling a massive group of people a bunch monkeys vs a Limpopo economic freedom fighter singling a song to kill a farmer. Which is fair and unfair?

Say it like you were a Glaswegian dock worker.

So in my context I can say “kill the Boer” but can’t say blacks behave as monkeys even if I share objective video footage of them behaving as monkeys?

Sounds very legalese to me. What you can contextualise about right and wrong, fair and unfair, what say you,

So you can’t parody a black as monkey but you can call for killing of a white minority as long as struggle? How does this stand up to international law?

Do you see the irony in this?

Pls answer. I know I’m putting you in a corner but it’s important to know.

AI and @elonmusk is definitely racist
Because monkey depictions of Black people are a recognised racial dehumanisation trope in SA history. Equality Courts (e.g. Sparrow) have held they convey Black people as subhuman, promoting hatred and causing harm under post-Qwelane PEPUDA s10. The test is objective: a reasonable person would see clear intention to harm and propagate racial hatred. Images count as expression.

How many reasonable people do you think there are in South Africa? I know it is biased to say reasonable so you have leeway.

But how are Malema et all allowed to sing “kill the Boer”, surely that is racial hatred?

So I let’s say they edited a photo of the main EFF candidate as a monkey, would that be actionable?

But they have Eugene Terreblanche as a candidate. It’s clearly AI edited. What abt penny sparrow as case law.

It’s honestly have an issue with CIC. In November 2025 he promised to deal with them but nothing. Just an ear cut and an eye gouged.
