First, Almost all OEMs here manufacture their engines in India. It is in very few cases that engines are directly imported like in BMW/VW-Audi-Skoda/JLR.

This is going to scare a lot of BNPL Fintech players in India 🤯
A lot of credit repayment business runs on spamming delinquent users on SMS and IVR to repay the credit loan.
Previously the consent used to be a part of small T&C the user used to tick ✔️ to get a credit approval and never gets a chance to unsubscribe.
Fintechs used to just submit a screenshot of this T&C to Access Providers like Twilio or Exotel once and could start unlimitedly spamming any user.
Now that it’s mandatory, users can give consent during approval process and revoke when spammed for repayment.
It’s going to get wild in here soon!
