Happy 74th Birthday to Donald Duck Weekblad! 🎂🎉 On Oct 25, 1952, the first issue landed in the Netherlands as a free insert inside the magazine Margriet. That’s why those early cover logos featured little daisies (margrieten)! 🌼

Happy 75th Birthday to the master of Duckburg history, Don Rosa! 🎂🦆 There are comic book writers, and then there are creators who shape entire childhoods. Today, I’m celebrating by bringing out some of my absolute favorites

Saturday mornings are perfect for a coffee and a great story by Don Rosa: Guardians of the Lost Library (D92380). II have to say I love this type of adventure story involving the nephews and the Junior Woodchucks. instagram.com/p/DUOwnXDjCNH/…

The week between Christmas and New Year always feels weird, but it is the week that the Dutch Donald Duck comic drops its last cover of the year. This time it is Uncle Scrooge participating in a Dutch New Year's tradition; Polar bear plunge with a twist; instagram.com/p/DSvPTx0DIre/

For the last year the Dutch Donald Duck publisher also released a Christmas special. Unfortunately I started collecting late, but now I get some of the olders issues and I love it. Some of these covers are classics! #Ducktalk

Love the new @donaldduckweekblad Cover. Great cross-over with Stitch who smashed the box office this year. I saw more European publications using it.

🇬🇧 Time for coffee at a local coffee shop, and time for some stories from the Dutch Donald Duck Adventspocket from 2016. 🇳🇱 Tijd voor koffie bij een lokale coffeeshop, en tijd voor wat verhalen uit de Nederlandse Donald Duck Adventspocket van 2016.

Having a massive Donald Duck Comics collection and moving means all those comics also have to come along. Good thing it is not a far trip. And even better, I can differently organise them now! Can't wait for it all to come together.
