nisha losing all her past memories and suddenly getting told she’s the avatar by a stranger and gets hidden and trained for years. Meets her twin sister and creates a strong bond, both search for their parents, Nisha learning SHE accidentally killed their parents and disabled pavi during a breakdown while seeing her parents abandoning her and being dickheads and left her all by herself at 6, biggest fear of losing her new and only family becomes reality, pavi saying harsh shit, doing 180 and suddenly taking over the avatar role despite telling nisha she should be the avatar, nisha who was trained and hidden for years by adults pushing the avatar responsibility on a lost child, just for her twin sister to get hurt and mad shit on her, eat her guilt up even more and abandon her and take over the role her whole life has been purposed.

You watch scenes like this with a older and experienced brain that has been through shit and you realize that they were doing so many daring things with Korra, even under the heavy restrictions from Nickelodeon.
This show wasn't perfect but it was a miracle.

ATLA captured lightning in a bottle with its found-family dynamic. LOK had great characters, but its Team Avatar never quite captured that same magic.
What if Seven Havens focused mainly on Pavi and Nisha, with allies who come and go rather than one permanent group?
Not every Avatar series needs to recreate Team Avatar. Let Seven Havens do its own thing!
