Will formalities are: must comply with the Wills Act; must be in writing; didn't sign each page by the testator/testatrix; witnesses were not present at time of signing. This is not comprehensive but a great starting point.

When drafting your will and estate plan, ask yourself and your planner the following questions. How will income tax, capital gains tax, donations tax, estate duty, transfer duty and other legal fees affect my estate and heirs?
