We experienced some delays in some of the approvals however remain confident of closing it this week.

We will begin IMACD and share updates as soon as the first racks are live (ETA 29-30 Jan)
3rd party devices, $GDAG and $TOOLS device setup charges incl transport will be taken care of by respective entity opex budgets
With this we kick off!
$QWIK site expected to be handed over on the 26th of this week. Pics and videos will follow.
Post receipt, customer device migration inclusive of nominal number of @minekaspa and @blocktoolbox devices will take place.
