The fifth night of Chanukah is here! Chair of JLC, Keith Black, at the JLC's Chanukah lighting in Trafalgar Square with @MayorofLondon. Keith said: “Our celebration tonight is not just a cultural and religious observance but a bold message against hatred and division."

Celebrating Chanukah in Trafalgar Square is always one of the highlights of my year. I’m proud of the tradition we have in London of hosting a giant Menorah in the heart of our city. It was a privilege to share in the joy of Chanukah as the Menorah was lit tonight.
It is during our history's most difficult times of antisemitism & persecution that our flame of faith & hope prevails vanquishing darkness.
I was honoured to light tonight @JLC_uk @BoardofDeputies @MayorofLondon @chiefrabbi
