@Rackspace JFC your support is bad. Have been trying to get a something resolved for almost a week with almost no response from you... whilst you keep sending me emails about the problem. Now I can no longer login into my account ("Your account is incorrectly configured.") and..
the only way to now contact you is by calling an international phone number!!! Worst customer experience ever. You guys used to be the pinnacle of customer service a decade ago. #avoidliketheplague @rackspacesuxballs
