He was last seen around 11.10 yesterday morning.
He is described as black, 6ft 2ins and of heavy build.
When he was last seen he was wearing a blue jacket, blue trousers, white trainers, red hat and yellow sunglasses.
Officers say he is vulnerable.

MISSING: Have you seen Ryan Hamilton who was last seen in the north west of Glasgow?
The 24-year-old hasn't been seen since 9pm yesterday in the Wyndford area of Maryhill.
Ryan is described as white, 5ft 8", of a stocky build, and has brown hair. He was wearing a distinctive grey and turquoise Nike tracksuit top, black cargo style trousers, and white trainers.
Concerns are growing for his welfare and anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is being asked to contact police.
