today i watched some reaction videos of EP.9, and seeing everyone praise Save’s acting, saying he deserves every award, that “the Oscar goes to Save,” has me sitting here with tears streaming down my face. Because I remember how.. after every Q, Save would come to X to share his feelings with us. How there were filming days when he shared he needed so much encouragement, how exhausting it all was for him. And throughout these six months of filming, Auau has constantly reminded him of just how amazing he is, how incredible his acting is, and how much he has to be proud of. Alongside the reassurance and support of all the fandom, and james, and his nongs ryu, patji and nan who are the cutests little brothers that save has. Seeing everyone recognize Save’s talent now feels so emotional to me, because I KNOW HOW MUCH HE HAS PUT INTO THIS ROLE. He deserves every single award for his portrayal of Wan. He didn’t just play Wan; he understood him, embodied him, and made us feel every little piece of his pain. We watched Wan’s world slowly fall apart, second by second, until that bright, beautiful smile we fell in love with at the beginning of the series was almost nowhere to be found. All that’s left is a man who is exhausted from hurting, who just wants to find peace in his heart for once, even if that means walking away from Third and leaving the industry altogether. AND THAT’S WHAT MAKES THIS STORY HURT SO MUCH. Wan is finally at a point where leaving feels like the only way to save himself, but Third has promised him that he won’t let him go. Third is willing to risk everything, to fight against everything that stands between them, because he knows that Wan is worth fighting for. Because their love is worth fighting for. mr fanboy, auausave, thirdwan.. you have changed my life.
