I have always preferred Air India as a frequent flyer, especially because small gestures make loyal passengers feel valued.
Today at Patna Airport, while travelling with my wife on AI2646, we were not allowed to board together despite being on the same flight and seated together. I respect boarding discipline, but the way it was handled felt embarrassing and insensitive.
Rules matter. But so does dignity.
Air India must train ground staff to combine process with empathy, especially for loyal passengers travelling with family.
Why should customers continue choosing Air India if basic warmth is missing?
