A Update on my daughter: Faith Over Fear. ❤️🙏
As many of you know, our 24-year-old daughter, Elina, was diagnosed with Stage 3 Hodgkin lymphoma in December 2024. After six grueling months of chemotherapy, we celebrated the incredible news in June 2025 that she was cancer-free. We thanked God and thought this difficult chapter was behind us. But just 15 months later, the cancer has now returned.
Our amazing and courageous daughter now faces another difficult road, including months of Salvage therapy treatment and a stem cell transplant.
As parents, it’s heartbreaking to watch your child go through this once, let alone twice. But we are holding tightly to our faith, trusting God, and believing for complete healing.
We are so grateful for the outpouring of love, prayers, and support. We know Elina is not fighting this battle alone. Our prayer is that one day soon we’ll hear those beautiful words again: CANCER-FREE. This time, for good. ❤️

I appreciate seeing a publication willing to take a closer look at the underlying facts rather than simply repeat these allegations.
This story will not withstand scrutiny. To date, no verifiable evidence has been presented to substantiate these false claims.
I hope others, including those commenting on X, will take the time to examine the facts before repeating these accusations. Credibility matters, and serious allegations deserve serious scrutiny.

Hello, I’m Dr. Alveda King!
I’m praying for my friend Rick Jackson as he runs for Governor of Georgia. I care deeply about our families, our children, and the future of our state. I believe in prayer, being informed, and exercising our responsibility as citizens.
I’ve voted early! My vote matters, and your vote matters, too!
I want to share some of the key proposals Rick has outlined in his Jackson Action Plan so you can learn more about his positions.
AFFORDABILITY & TAX RELIEF • Reduce Georgia’s state income tax by half within four years, with the goal of eliminating it within eight years. • Eliminate state taxes on residential electricity and natural gas. • Freeze property tax increases. • Freeze tuition, room, and board at public colleges and technical schools.
EDUCATION & OUR CHILDREN • Improve early literacy so children read at grade level by third grade. • Increase teacher pay. • Streamline adoption and improve mental-health support for children in foster care. • Support tuition-free public college for eligible foster youth through the proposed Fostering Success Act.
JOBS, WORK & AGRICULTURE • Connect able-bodied adults receiving public assistance with work or job-training opportunities. • Protect Georgia’s agricultural producers and preserve the Georgia Agricultural Tax Exemption (GATE).
EDUCATION & SOCIAL POLICY • Oppose DEI programs in schools. • Restrict transgender girls’ participation in girls’ sports and access to girls’ bathrooms. • Oppose what he describes as ideological indoctrination in education.
These are proposals, and their implementation would depend on the laws, funding, and authority required to carry them out.
I encourage everyone to read the full platform, learn about the candidates, pray for Georgia, and participate in our elections.
