Haris Rauf has been fined 20% of his match fee and handed one demerit point for breaching the ICC Code of Conduct during Pakistan's ODI Tri-Series match against England in Lahore.
Rauf argued with Will Jacks after appealing for a wide and continued despite an umpire's warning.
He now has five demerit points, with his third offence in 24 months.
England were also fined 15% of their match fees for a slow over-rate.
