Today I realized that I'm not using my Hermes Agent as efficiently because I was spending way too much time collecting data to make everything work. I usually wake up, take a screenshot of my sleep data, send it to Hermes, and tell it to generate a workout. It will use Workix (a workout generation CLI, research-backed with progressive overloading and RIR system) to generate the workout. Then at night, I'll take a screenshot of my nutrition data and send it to Hermes to log it for Workix to work correctly. If I miss any, I'll know at the end of the week. And mind you, I couldn't automate this because health data is private; there is no direct MCP or account login that gives you access to it. So today I spent most of my time fixing the health module. Using Life Dashboard Companion (an OSS app to get data from Health Connect), For sleep, I have a Samsung watch that tracks my sleep, sends sleep data to Samsung Health, and Samsung Health sends it to Health Connect. For nutrition and logging, I use MyFitnessPal to log, and it sends data to Health Connect. From Health Connect, Life Dashboard Companion takes data and sends my sleep and nutrition data via webhook to Hermes automatically. Then it generates workouts, tracks my calories, and generates a review every week. So I can stay on track. Next up, I'll automate more and more data collection so I can focus on doing things instead of adding more overhead of logging and managing.

Introducing DataBull 🎉 I was paying $39/mo for DataFast just to see which posts made me money. That's $468 a year. Forever. And it goes up as your traffic grows. So I built my own. Same idea: revenue by traffic source. $29 lifetime. Unlimited sites. Unlimited events. Lifetime updates. > databull.app

Been deep in Postgres for a few weeks: transactions, stored procedures, aggregates, subqueries. Raw SQL and Drizzle ORM side by side, so I see what each one buys you. Next up: upsert. Learning by building a real lab, not watching videos :) learnist.ramx.in/ cc @ramxcodes
