Image Quality and Composition
A high-resolution 3:4 vertical photograph, styled like a professional sports magazine photo taken by a sports photographer. Natural, realistic, and photorealistic.
Subject
A 24-year-old adult Japanese woman with delicate, cute facial features, gentle eyes, and a healthy physique with naturally rounded curves. Her natural brown hair is tied into a ponytail, with realistic hair strands and a few loose flyaway hairs.
Clothing
She wears a slightly cropped white athletic top paired with dark navy blue athletic shorts, featuring a silhouette similar to traditional Japanese bloomers. Colorful running shoes complete her outfit. The fabric should display realistic textures and natural folds.
Background
An outdoor sports field during the daytime, with bright natural sunlight illuminating a large expanse of green grass. No other people are visible in the background.
Pose and Movement
Her feet are positioned approximately shoulder-width apart, with both knees bent at about 45 degrees in a natural half-squat position. As she bends at the hips, she pushes her pelvis backward, as though preparing to sit down on a chair behind her.
Her upper body leans slightly forward to balance the backward movement of her hips, while her back maintains its natural curvature. Both feet remain firmly planted on the ground.
Viewed from a diagonal rear angle, her waist curves naturally inward, creating a clearly defined, smooth, rounded transition from her lower back to her hips and buttocks. Her buttocks form the most rearward point of her body's side-rear silhouette.
Both arms extend forward at shoulder height, with her hands naturally separated and a visible gap between her arms and thighs.
Facial Expression and Gaze
While maintaining the half-squat position, she turns her head over her shoulder to look back toward the camera positioned diagonally behind her, displaying a natural, slightly shy smile.
Special Attention to Arms and Hands
Ensure anatomically accurate connections between both shoulders, upper arms, elbows, forearms, wrists, palms, and all five fingers on each hand.
Both arms extend forward in front of her body, with the hands separated from each other and clearly spaced away from her knees and thighs.
The farther arm should remain partially visible, allowing the outlines of both arms to be clearly distinguished.
Camera Angle
A full-body photograph taken from a diagonal rear angle, slightly toward the side of the subject. The camera position should allow both forward-extended arms to remain clearly visible.
Her entire body, from the top of her head to the tips of her shoes, must be fully included in the frame. Maintain realistic human anatomy and natural body proportions.
Texture and Restrictions
Natural skin texture, soft shadows, and balanced, subdued colors.
Avoid missing or misplaced arms and hands, extra fingers, abnormal joints, exaggerated body proportions, and excessive skin smoothing.
No text, logos, or watermarks.
No reference images. Generate the image entirely from the text description.

A woman was having a problem with her bedroom closet door. It would fall off the hinges whenever the bus went by.
She tried several times to fix it herself, but the door would still fall off when a bus went by. She finally called a repair man. He showed up, looked over the door and found no problem.
Then the bus came, and sure enough, the door fell off. He said that he was going to step inside and for her to close the door behind him.
As soon as the door was closed her husband came home and heard her talking to someone in their bedroom.
He burst in, demanding to know who was in there.
Before she could answer he looked in the closet and found the repairman and asked, 'What's he doing in there?'
The repairman said, You're not going to believe this, but I'm waiting for the bus....

X AI ALGORITHM UPDATE ๐จ
X updated their open source algorithm yesterday and the early likes matter even more now. Small accounts should focus on: writing posts people hit like on and read till the end (so write to be read)
tl;dr:
- X's open source code got new scores on Nov 5, the first change in 3 weeks
- likes: 0.66 โ 0.708 (highest yet)
- time spent on a post: 0.006 โ 0.0075
- tapping into a post: 0.3 โ 0.274
- opening a video: 0.02 โ 0
- new rule: AI replies may get flagged under big accounts as "llm slop" and may not reach the person's notifications
lesson learned: a tap isn't the win anymore. Someone staying and liking is.
full details:
- The new numbers
Up: likes 0.66 โ 0.708, time spent on a post 0.006 โ 0.0075, shares 2 โ 2.118.
Down: tapping into a post 0.3 โ 0.274, staying 10+ seconds after a tap 0.4 โ 0.385, opening a video 0.02 โ 0.
"Not interested" got a bit harsher, -52.27 โ -53.07.
Copy link, replies, quotes, DM shares and follows didn't move.
X didn't explain any of this. It's just what the code says now.
(I check the open source algo daily with Claude and share updates with you)
- Look at where this has gone in a month
In early October a like was worth 0.5. Now it's 0.708.
Time spent was 0.004. Now it's 0.0075, nearly double.
A tap was 0.3 and it's going down.
Every change points the same way. X keeps paying more for people who stay.
- Why that matters if you're small
My read: you can't win on big numbers, but you can win on the people who do see your post. If they stay and like it, that counts for more today than it did last week. And those early likes also decide which new post gets the extra push.
- Video and your profile
X also switched on two new guesses in its ranking: how long someone keeps watching after they open a video, and how long they spend on a profile after tapping it.
I can't tell you what those are worth. The only file that lists them is out of date, so I won't guess a number.
My read: opening a video dropped to 0 the same day because X cares more about people who keep watching. So make the first seconds count, and make your profile worth sticking around on.
- A new rule for replies under big accounts
X runs an AI check on replies under accounts with over 250K followers. Flagged replies can get a label that lasts 14 to 30 days. One of the flags is literally called "llm slop" (AI slop, as I read it).
That part isn't new. This is: X's rules now say a labeled reply or mention doesn't reach the person's notifications unless they follow you.
Grey badge accounts and accounts X rates as highly credible skip this label. Small accounts get no such pass.
I can see the rule, I can't see if every notification goes through it yet. Either way, write your own replies.
- What didn't change
Your new posts still get their extra push in the first 2 hours and first 200 views, and they still don't get cut first.
Here's a recap of what you should be doing:
- likes just hit 0.708, the most they've ever been worth
- each second someone spends on your post is worth 25% more than last week
- staying 10+ seconds after a tap earns 0.385 on top of the tap
- reply in your own words, under big accounts especially
- make your profile worth a visit, X now guesses how long people spend there
- for video, hold attention early, just getting the open now scores 0
- being read to the end also helps X find you new readers
- originals from accounts below 50K can jump to around spot 16
- early viewers liking it is what wins that lift
- your first 2 hours and 200 views are the window, so publish when your people are online
- the biggest single number is still 20, for someone copying your link
- quotes, DM shares and replies earn 5 apiece
- back and forth between mutuals is worth 20, so follow back your regulars
- strangers only get shown your originals
- the 1st like and the 32nd like each open another route to new people
- a second post of yours in the same feed drops to 62%, so make one count
- the video lists want clips over 10 seconds
- +4 when a post is likely to earn you a new follower
- your pinned post can affect the whole account, so take a look at it
What you should NOT be doing:
- pasting AI replies under big accounts, "llm slop" is a real flag at X
- copy-paste replies, a duplicate label means they never get notified
- chasing the tap, it's down to 0.274 and falling
- off-topic posts, one likely "not interested" costs -53.07
- a video that only gets opened earns nothing for the open
- publishing at 3am burns your 2 hour window
- relying on replies and reposts to reach new people, they stay with your followers
- getting an insult label, non-followers won't see that post at all
- low quality and misinfo labels bring a warning, and non-followers can't like or share
- adult media in 3 of your last 5 posts gets the whole account labeled
- X rechecks videos for hidden content at 64 and 512 likes
- piling your replies under a big account's post can sink your own score
- one label on the account and non-followers stop seeing you
- a link to a badly rated site in your pinned post risks a 7 day label
- reusing your own wording word for word risks the copypasta flag
- pairing a low quality link with tags of strangers looks like spam to X
- engagement bait gets labeled no matter how big you are
- posting several in a row, they fight each other for the same feed
- hashtag stuffing does nothing
- counting on bookmarks, they're worth 0
- expecting For You to show a post past 48 hours

Sam is a poor, humble onion farmer barely scraping by on his small plot of land.
One day he learns about an exotic country far away where no one has ever seen an onion, so Sam decides to go for broke. He loads up his entire onion crop into a wagon and sets off on a journey.
He travels for three weeks across mountains, deserts and forests. Finally, Sam comes to the country where no one has ever seen an onion and he asks to meet the king. He shows the king his onions and fries up a sliced onion for him.
The king absolutely loves it and orders that a feast be held with a wide variety of onion dishes.
The people of the country go crazy over the onions.
They declare onion their national food and start planting onion fields.
To show their gratitude, the king gives Sam a wagon full of gold and sends him back home. Sam returns to his village with his newfound wealth and tells everybody about his wonderful faraway land where onions are worth more than gold.
Sam's neighbor, Fred, is a poor, humble garlic farmer.
He thinks, if these people like onions so much, then they're going to love my garlic.
So Fred loads his entire garlic crop into a wagon and travels for three weeks across mountains, deserts and forests.
He comes to the onion country and asks to meet the king. Fred shows the king his garlic and fries some garlic in a pan for him.
The king goes nuts and orders a garlic feast. The people are ecstatic, raving about this delicious garlic.
They love the garlic so much that they give Fred something worth even more than a wagon full of gold...
A wagon full of onions.

Prompt:
Create a 43-second cinematic, photorealistic action-comedy sequence inside an old, cramped, slightly abandoned apartment/bathroom with realistic worn walls, tiled surfaces, warm practical lighting, and natural shadows.
A young adult man in a light gray T-shirt is standing in front of a bathroom mirror. Suddenly, another man wearing a black-and-white striped shirt appears and aggressively grabs him. The two struggle physically through the small bathroom, with realistic body movement, pushing, pulling, stumbling and fighting.
The action continues dynamically through the bathroom. One character crashes against the wall and breaks through a damaged section, creating a large opening into the adjacent room. Dust and small debris fall naturally as the wall breaks.
Continue with a fast-paced chase through the apartment. The gray-shirted man runs toward a window while the striped-shirted man follows. Use handheld camera movement, realistic motion blur, quick tracking shots and dramatic close-ups to make the sequence feel like a real action movie.
The characters then escape outside into an old brick courtyard/alley. One character climbs onto a rusty metal fire escape while the other follows from below. Show realistic physics, footsteps, clothing movement and environmental interaction.
Final scene: transition to a large outdoor dumpster filled with cardboard and garbage. The gray-shirted man is inside the dumpster, looking exhausted and confused, holding a small green plush toy. He slowly looks around as the camera pushes in toward his face. End on a slightly comedic reaction shot.
Visual style: ultra-photorealistic, cinematic action film, realistic human anatomy, natural skin texture, detailed environments, practical lighting, subtle film grain, realistic physics, believable facial expressions.
Camera: dynamic handheld cinematography, wide establishing shots, medium tracking shots, close-ups during the struggle, smooth camera transitions, natural depth of field, 35mm/50mm cinematic lenses.
Motion: realistic human movement, accurate weight and momentum, natural collisions, realistic debris and dust simulation, no slow-motion unless used very briefly for dramatic impact.
Important: Maintain consistent character appearance, clothing, hairstyle and body proportions throughout the entire video. No random character changes, no extra limbs, no distorted faces, no cartoon appearance, no text, no subtitles, no watermark.
