I self-regulate by doing literally whatever the FUCK I feel like bc the whole point of self-regulation isn't having zero emotions, it's to handle stress+strife in ways that don't burn u out n cause harm I caused THE MOST HARM when I stifled n stopped the "bad." Never again!!!
