Testing resistance in HEPA filters. Tidal on vent at 600mL x rate 14/ min and assess peak pressure. Left is standard filter, and right is #3Dprinted using home HVAC filter with one sterilization blue wrap. Excellent filtration (99.2%) and low resistance.

Tested Kimberly Clark sterilization Blue Wrap for filtration: 1-ply filters 88% of 0.3 micron (lower R) 2-ply filters 96% of 0.3 micron (lower L) But can’t breathe thru 2-ply. Afraid it’s not an answer to #N95 shortage.
