Mala idea.

Venezuela first. Cuba next. End socialism once and for all. And frankly we should make Cuba a territory.

Y para infarto final: "lets Make South América Great Again".

100% spot on.
+1 for "context engineering" over "prompt engineering". People associate prompts with short task descriptions you'd give an LLM in your day-to-day use. When in every industrial-strength LLM app, context engineering is the delicate art and science of filling the context window with just the right information for the next step. Science because doing this right involves task descriptions and explanations, few shot examples, RAG, related (possibly multimodal) data, tools, state and history, compacting... Too little or of the wrong form and the LLM doesn't have the right context for optimal performance. Too much or too irrelevant and the LLM costs might go up and performance might come down. Doing this well is highly non-trivial. And art because of the guiding intuition around LLM psychology of people spirits. On top of context engineering itself, an LLM app has to: - break up problems just right into control flows - pack the context windows just right - dispatch calls to LLMs of the right kind and capability - handle generation-verification UIUX flows - a lot more - guardrails, security, evals, parallelism, prefetching, ... So context engineering is just one small piece of an emerging thick layer of non-trivial software that coordinates individual LLM calls (and a lot more) into full LLM apps. The term "ChatGPT wrapper" is tired and really, really wrong.

Getting AI Agents to work extremely well for complex enterprise use cases is non-trivial. If you’re building agents, your moat will directly correlate to the amount of software you have to build on top of the AI models to execute the task. The harder the problem the better.

AI coding agents hit a wall when codebases get massive. Even with 2M token context windows, a 10M line codebase needs 100M tokens. The real bottleneck isn't just ingesting code - it's getting models to actually pay attention to all that context effectively.

To Western nations: You can’t build, or even fix, anything on top of societal disorder. Take traffic, for example. The most logical solution is public transport. But without order, anyone who can afford a car will avoid it, simply because they don’t feel safe using it. In El Salvador, we lack a lot of things, but we have achieved societal order.
You, on the other hand, have almost everything, but you're quickly losing your societal order. You can now predict where things are heading in the near future. There’s still time to save your nations, but not much.

On April 17th, Meghan Metcalf, the mother of Austin Metcalf, emailed Frisco ISD, begging them not to allow Karmelo Anthony to graduate. Her email is heartbreaking to read. Frisco ISD refused to respond. She sent a follow-up email on May 13th, nearly a month later, demanding a response. Meghan received the same response that many others, including me, have received when inquiring about a student. Instead of a heartfelt email or any form of empathy from the school—the school where her son was brutally murdered—Frisco ISD included a copy-and-paste of school policy. This response came directly after school elections were held. In response to this heartless behavior, a close friend of the Metcalfs sent her own email, expressing everyone’s thoughts regarding this issue. I am including her statement in the thread. Please help make her statement go viral.

Today I just finished a project that took me 7 months to produce for a client. This company now has an “AI Shadow” for each department head and C level executive. The local encrypted AI listens in to all that the employee says and said to them and accesses all reports. Today the CEO called each “AI Shadow” on the phone and got a report. And said it was the best insight he has in 40 years of business. Next week each “AI Shadow” will be able to contact each other and their respective executives and brainstorm or answer questions. This is the first known deployment of this type of technology and it was built in my garage. It is early days but will write more about it as I can.
Midjourney has $200 million annual recurring revenue with only 10 employees. I said the first 1 person billion dollar company by 2035, in 1999. I may have been inaccurate.

There’s a crazy amount of opportunity in vertical AI. Going deep on business workflows combined with AI, and owning the end user experience, is going to be a huge advantage. Some incumbents will make it but tons of room for new startups to emerge as well.
