Almost five years to the day #NASA selected the @NEID_at_WIYN spectrometer design, NEID has started its scientific mission! The tool will use high-precision radial velocity to discover and characterize exoplanets; #NExScI is hosting the data archive. ipac.caltech.edu/news/from-t…

I made a quick video explaining how to pronounce Tohono O’odham: We’re you saying it right? Can you inform the rest of Arizona? Thanks. 😘 You’re the best! vm.tiktok.com/ZMdhDCV8Q/ – at Casas Adobes, AZ

This work also showcases the power of modern Doppler spectrographs for precision metrology. We used our *astronomical* spectrograph to make a world-class (broadband, long-term) measurement of the stability of a little piece of glass. Kinda cool, right?

Awesome new paper up by @jasonleecurtis_ et al. on gyrochronology: arxiv.org/abs/2010.02272 It's a monster effort by Jason to explore spin rates at 3 Gyr across a wide range of ages using TESS+clusters. There's so much in here it's hard to know where to start!
