If you’ve ever wondered what keeps me going, please take a few minutes to read this. ❤️ Living with brittle bone disease, facing cancer, and surviving cardiac arrest have tested me in ways that people don’t always see. Through it all, sports have given me strength, community, and a reason to keep pushing. But what means the most to me is helping someone else believe in themselves. I know what it feels like to be counted out. I also know how much your life can change when someone sees your potential and gives you a chance. My friendship with Thomas, shared in this article, means so much to me. Being someone he can turn to, encouraging him through the tough days, and watching his confidence grow is something I’ll always cherish. That’s what I want my life and my platform to stand for.
