Way too much counterfeit supplements on Amazon. But you like the pricing...

A significant amount of centenarians smoke so everything we've been told about smoking is a lie...
That's how this works, right?
Or maybe some people do fine with high LDL and some don't, and we should continue trying to figure out exactly why...
The past is nothing but a memory passing through your mindstream.
It doesn't exist outside of your own imagination. Literally.
Let it go.
This is a ridiculously good deal.
No idea why anyone still shops at Costco, either.

In my testing, I saw a significantly larger drop in blood pressure with Tirzepatide compared to Retatrutide.
While reta did give a RHR increase early on, that ended up subsiding - which is a positive.
I would likely stick with Tirz for now as a maintenance intervention.
Fantastic breakdown by @nicknorwitz

This is the classic Mediterranean diet.
I am a fan of Mediterranean style of eating, but a more modern version without the excessive carbs.
This pyramid here would be a disaster for most people in terms of compliance.
24 minutes for strength and cardio this morning.
That's it.
Minimum *effective* dose is not high and it's easy to achieve with the right protocol.
Get it done and then stay active with functional movement/non exercise activity the rest of the day.
That's all it takes.

Stop steering your mental ship for 30 seconds. Don't fuel or be consumed by the voice in your head, and instead - just let it be. Be aware of it as if it's not "you" but simply thoughts appearing. Rest as the space the thoughts appear in.
Or you can use a "watcher" approach which isn't quite my practice but works for many. Be the watcher of the thoughts, witness them and rest in that space of awareness that isn't your thoughts.
Low carb doesn't always mean no carb...
You can be low carb and remain intentional with carb timing.
I do cyclical keto, which means 1-3 meals a week I add some carbs in like sweet potato or white rice.
I find this to be a perfect balance without hitting extremes.
This is performative. Marketing.
And it works.
It's fine. Paul's great.
People think I’m crazy…
Not just for chugging honey daily, but for how I travel in general. Idk if you’ve seen the reactions to me bringing coconuts through security.. 😅
But let me say this…
When you’re on the go without preparation, this is where it’s most likely for us to get tripped up.
You’re hungry and your only options are airport McDonald’s, Starbucks, or seed oil soaked bar food… BRUTAL.
For me, I’m just not taking that risk. Why?
My health is my #1 priority.
Feeling great is my #1 priority.
Mental clarity is my #1 priority
Sleeping well is my #1 priority.
I love the work I do. I love helping people heal themselves through diet. I love educating about how to live optimally. For that, I need to be sharp every single day, no excuses.
I love surfing, being in nature, moving my body, and having endless energy. I love feeling my absolute best. Adequately fueling my body to continue doing these things. It’s a non-negotiable.
I will never sacrifice how I perform and feel for a quick treat. I mean it when I say I haven’t had a cookie or slice of pizza in over 10 years.
Let me be clear… I do understand I am on the extreme end here 😂 but I think knowledge is power, and so many people are suffering today with chronic illness, obesity, diabetes, bloating, fatigue, low energy, brain fog and bad sleep.
Being INTENTIONAL about your diet is, in my opinion, the SINGLE most powerful lever you can pull to reverse all of these things.
So call me crazy all you want, but I’ll take crazy for daily mental clarity, focus, energy, and a life lived to the fullest.
Eat like a human. This is how you thrive.
