I’ve officially made it on Bears fans shit list by saying they overpaid in the Simmons trade. Here are the facts on why it was a bad trade: • Bears fans keep saying that two 1st round picks in the 26-32 range are the same as a 10th overall pick like the Dexter Lawrence trade. The problem with that logic is the Bears haven’t had a single pick in the 26-32 range for 15 straight years yet they are assuming they will do it back to back years to make the values match up. Not to mention the 4th and 5th Round swap which adds to the lost draft capital. • The bears acquired a 29 year old on the tail end of his Prime when they could have spent those 1st round picks on continuing to build the young core around Caleb. I personally think they would have been better off drafting a couple 1st round 20 year olds that could play alongside Caleb at an elite level for 10+ years rather than a guy that will likely be finishing up his career in 2-4 years. • These trades involving multiple 1st round picks rarely ever work out in general

Can’t imagine this being a good trade for the Bears with the long term future in mind. Keep in mind the Bengals were able to trade for Dexter Lawrence for a single 1st round pick and he’s a year younger than Simmons.
The #Bears are trading two 1st-round picks and a 4th round pick to the #Titans for Jeffrey Simmons.

Well that’s a wrap on my Eliminator teams. (33 Total) my last team alive ran into the Tony Pollard Legacy game! I was also missing Josh Allen, James Cook & DJ Moore on Bye. My focus now shifts to BBM! Currently Advancing 40/150 halfway through round 1!

The Eagles and the NFL have painted themselves into a corner where they now have to cover up this entire incident. Past lawsuits by players have already set the president for what steps Jalen Hurts could choose to pursue. I believe if Hurts deals with more health complications related to the blood clots the NFL and the Eagles could be staring down a lawsuit north of 500 million dollars in lost earnings, pain & suffering, punitive damages, long term care, ect. xitter.gq/givnerariel/status/211…
Statement from the NFLPA on the #Eagles and QB Jalen Hurts: “The NFLPA is not aware of any NFL investigation into the medical care provided to Jalen Hurts. In fact, the league previously informed the union that it did not plan to review the care he received. Before conclusions are drawn about how this situation was handled, there must be a full investigation into what occurred. Determining the facts is essential to ensuring players receive the highest level of care and protection going forward.”

I am a novice in the NBA fantasy world so I decided to only draft 1 single team rather than having a random exposure to a bunch of random guys I know nothing about. How does my team look to any NBA ball knowers out there?

Here is my single surviving Elim teams matchup for week 7 I am missing a lot with the bills being on bye week. This is likely going to come down to what the Bears do against the Patriots. If the Patriots can keep it a low scoring affair I like my chances even without by Bills stack If this team advanced this week I will have almost all of my core pieces through their bye week. (Walker, cook, Josh, Moore, Diggs, Hockenson)

There is A LOT of bad fantasy football advice telling people to BUY LOW on DJ Moore right now. The argument? He’s had nearly a month to rest that shoulder and should be ready to go. I think people are missing the bigger picture. A labrum tear can feel manageable in everyday life. The real problem is the violence of playing football. Getting hit, landing on the ground, or making contact with another player can put that shoulder at risk of dislocating AGAIN. And when it happens? You’re looking at serious pain and potentially more missed time. Look at Xavier Worthy last season. He tore his labrum, missed games, played through the injury, and ultimately needed offseason surgery. Resting a torn labrum doesn’t mean the underlying damage is repaired. Rehab can improve stability, but most tears require surgery, depending on the severity. DJ Moore could’ve been one of the best value picks in fantasy this year playing with Josh Allen. But if his injury is a significant labrum tear, I don’t believe a few weeks of rest suddenly make him a safe bet for the rest of the season. Until that shoulder is properly addressed, the risk of reinjury isn’t going away. STOP blindly calling DJ Moore a buy-low candidate just because he’s had time to rest. The upside is obvious. The risk is what everyone seems to be ignoring.

Advanced to week 7✅ Going to need a good matchup to advance my lone surviving Elim team next week. (Bills stack so gotta fight to get through the bye week) Also squeezed out the win with the only frenchie eliminator I entered this year.

This right here is why Caleb Williams received the criticism he did after a much milder hamstring injury.
Rams HC Sean McVay announced WR Davante Adams ruptured his hamstring and will be out 6-10 weeks.

New Rams Kicker Blake Grupe might be the worst tackler of all time. Had a nearly identical tackle attempt today that left him injured.

This is inherently unfair to the consumer and a GIANT win for Big Gambling Companies One way markets that only allow betting on the overs is already a problem with books. When books offer lines such as Any Time Touchdown Scorers without offering the option to take the under they are heavily incentivized to offer terrible odds. Now they are starting to also do that on normal player props… The problem gamblers will bet the overs regardless and the books will make even more money. Here is an example of what we are looking at with these new changes: In a two way market on a bench player the books used to offer “Player X” 6.5 points over or under at (-118) either direction Now books are trying to make it to where they can offer only the over of that same bet. All of a sudden “Player X” line on points is set at 8.5 points (-118) because the book knows they will still get some problem gamblers to take the over and they have zero downside of any sharp money hurting them on the under which would now be unavailable. Expect worse and worse lines as regulations like this one are implemented.
The NBA and prominent sportsbooks have agreed to ban multiple types of bets, per me and @DavidPurdum, such as: - Parlay bets involving the under on the same player's statistics - "First of" market; examples: winner of opening tip, an individual's specific shot, rebound, assist, steal - Under bets on players expected to play less than 12 minutes a game

Idk if this makes sense to anyone else but watching this Seattle offense has me thinking… Old Aaron Rodgers and JJ McCarthy morphed into 1 guy named Sam Darnold

I’m no doctor but this sounds a lot like a soft benching in order for the Eagles to tank. Essentially out for a calf bruise
Breaking: Eagles QB Jalen Hurts is out for Sunday due to a superficial blood clot, sources tell @RapSheet.

If this is true the Pittsburgh Steelers would have never drafted stud Center Maurkice Pouncey. They would have needed to add someone at QB. Which would have left them with these options. • Draft Tim Tebow • Turn to Charlie Batch as a starter • Sign Free Agent Chad Pennington • Sign Free Agent David Carr (Both were backups) In summary this 100% did not almost happen.
THIS WOULD HAVE CHANGED #NFL HISTORY FOREVER… In 2010, the #Steelers seriously explored trading superstar quarterback Ben Roethlisberger to the Oakland #Raiders. Pittsburgh reportedly discussed sending Big Ben and the 18th overall pick to Oakland in exchange for the 8th overall pick. The deal never happened, and Roethlisberger went on to spend his entire 18-year career in Pittsburgh. Imagine how different NFL history could have been. 😳😳😳

If you are 0-5 or 1-4 in your fantasy football league this is for you! . . . You have to take swings trying to make a big upgrade to your team! Who cares if you get dead last or barely miss the playoffs! Both pay the same ZERO Trade for these players before their stock goes up!

2. Colston Loveland - TE All Loveland owners are in hell right now and likely pissed about it. (I have him in 2 leagues and am running out of patience) I still believe he has the talent and with Caleb coming back from injury Loveland still has a chance of being a top 3 TE rest of season.

3. Michael Wilson - WR With Marvin Harrison Jr headed to Houston this opens up Michael Wilson even more in the Arizona offense. Most people are not willing to trade top tier WRs but Wilson could fly under the radar on some fantasy teams. Michael Wilson could demand a large amount of targets and have some big spike weeks with a consistently high floor of receptions. The Cardinals definitely have their flaws but they will likely be playing from behind the rest of the season and it is still possible he gets a bump in production if the Cardinals turn to Carson Beck at QB
