I used to blame parenting on a lot of issues surrounding poorly behaved children until I became a teacher. There are parents that don’t even see their children because they are working 2-3 jobs to make both ends meet and those kids end up being raised by the streets

I understand it’s circumstantial but a parent who’s shocked that their child bullies - there’s a disconnect there. Sometimes you need to hear the language children use, see their friends, check the media interests them, or get to know the child, speak to teachers like idk
