Since 2017, the North County San Diego company has cleaned windows, roofs, gutters and solar panels for most of the year, then installed holiday lighting each winter, earning close to 600 Google reviews along the way, with nearly two-thirds of revenue coming from repeat customers. The owners wanted a local buyer that was ready to step in as owner-operator. Min Kim was an operations leader at a tech start-up and had been a part-time searcher for years before deciding to commit to it full-time in early 2026.
