On this “The Weekly Show” podcast with Jon Stewart, he and his guest Ed Zitron of discuss the precarious financing structures, mounting debts propping up the AI boom -- and whether the technology is delivering results that justify such massive investment. elisbergindustries.com/blog/…

Just to be clear, Dr. El-Sayed did not say "She's no longer welcome" in the Democratic Party (which is what she's suggesting). He had said she wasn't welcome at the unity event, concerned about what she might say. It seems his concern was well-justified.
Left: Haley Stevens, "Mike Rogers wants to rubber stamp Trump's agenda, this is not going to work for Michigan. My focus is no Rogers, no Republicans" Right: Haley Stevens, "Abdul said I'm no longer welcome, that's why I'm endorsing Mike Rogers for US Senate" My view: The danger Haley Stevens warned about hasn’t changed. Mike Rogers is still the Republican candidate, and the stakes for Michigan are still the same. What changed is that Stevens lost the Democratic nomination and fell out with Abdul El-Sayed. Now she’s backing the very candidate she once warned voters against. It makes her look less like a principled critic and more like a sore loser putting a personal grudge ahead of the state’s interests.

It seems that many of the people who booed had a valid reason. And getting booed off the stage (over one issue) seems a fine reason to be upset & perhaps even not campaign, but NO reason to endorse the other party candidate who opposes most of what you've said you believe in.
Stevens: I stood with my party. I was booed off the stage. I am voting for Mike Rogers.

and so many other values Haley claimed to care about on the line. By endorsing Mike Rogers she has betrayed all those values. This is ridiculous and pathetic. (2/2)

This is Mike Lee's closing argument -- if you like the Post Office, vote for Democrats. OK. What he left out is if you also like Social Security, Medicare, public transportation, public education, the police & fire departments, government subsidies to farms, the FDIC & more...
A vote for socialism is a vote to hand your entire life over to the government. If you like the DMV and the post office, you’ll love socialism. Vote Republican.

For the record, Trump is who said "I alone can fix it." And who calls anyone who disagrees with him "the enemy of the people." And who had the government buy ownership in 17 corporations. And who increased the national debt by $4 TRILLION to $40 TRILLION!! Thanks, Heritage!
Socialism doesn’t mean common ownership and shared responsibility. It means that the government makes every decision and cannot be challenged.

I completely understand -- especially since Twitter has a character limit. That's why I always try to follow-up with additional information. For the longest time, many saw this as Trump just screwing up. But at this point, I think far more recognize it was a symptom of dementia.

@relisberg - you're absolutely right! I'm just using "glitch" as shorthand for the synapses in his brain not firing correctly due to his FTD.

What @marklevinshow is trying to deny to himself or flim-flam the public is actually the foundation of today's MAGOP. Starting with their party leader who welcomed in neo-Nazi to the best and official circles. All enabled by elected MAGOP officials in Congress.
Levin: The Republican Party doesn’t allow bigots and racists and antisemites in our party.

What I think is that this is meaningless, since it's just a logo -- and for all anyone vote knows, it's probably promoting the incumbent senator. Not someone they never heard of. The ballot (ranked choice, by the way), how everyone actually votes, is perfectly clear.
Here's the "Decoy Dan" campaign logo and the real Senator @DanSullivan_AK. What do you think?

That's a logo!! In case you're unaware, people don't vote by...LOGO!. For all any voter knows, this LOGO is promoting the incumbent senator. People vote by the ballot. Where it's clear who is who. As for brazen & cheating, it's Trump's middle name. Remember the Insurrection?
One of the most brazen and atrocious Democrat cheating scandals in American history.
