This is probably my biggest frustration with Arsenal. That defensive core should win the title every season. There’s nothing better than this in world football. But we make it a dog fight every season because our attack can’t create separation to help us win enough games easily

I don't think fans understand how difficult it is to get an elite core of Saliba, Gabriel, Raya, Rice. It's a group that may take us another decade to put together again, with that knowledge you should understand how frustrating it is wasting the building blocks of a dynasty..

Our attacking recruitment (both actual signings + lack of signings) has been embarrassing. It’s a disgrace that we got within inches of our best season in club history + didn’t move heaven + earth to build on it. Elite defence but mid attack. And they thought that was acceptable?

Kai Havertz is already on £280k a week. Extend him and you’re pushing towards £300k. On what planet has he earned a pay rise? He needs to go alongside Gyökeres (that's a given) and others as part of a full attacking reset. It's long overdue

I hate harping on about the summer window, but the “shiny new toy syndrome” argument still pisses me off. It feels like being gaslit. Our attack isn’t good enough for a team competing at the very top against sides with far superior firepower.

Funniest thing about that shootout was Arteta looking insulted at the mere fact that Fleetwood took us to pens yet he'll glady coddle and indulge the player most responsible for that. The Havertz Vanity project has cost us multiple trophies beyond the PL itself. Fxck him
