Absolutely! It's time to allow voters to exercise their right to vote while staying safe at home. Voter turnout has been great for all these states that have allowed for expanded absentee voting, so why not make it permanent? #VoteByMail

Higher voter turnout during a pandemic is a huge win. When given the option, 3/4 of Kentuckians chose to practice their civic responsibility safely with a secure mail-in ballot. #VoteByMail

This is absolutely the right move. What may an even better long-term solution, though, is to just make a permanent #VoteByMail system. Just one fewer thing we need to worry about if we find ourselves in a similar situation in the future.
