if you have questions about the amount of people with ND traits working in healthcare. Today cleaning ran out of blue curtains on one of the wards, so they used yellow for THE ONE bed left... No team could carry on with their normal day until it was fixed back to normal.

People would stop mid sentence to comment on the yellow curtain. People from other areas would come and frown. Priorities changed, patients' safety first, restore blue curtain second.
