I understand that, for tweeting this, I’ll be accused of having a nefarious plan to “take back” the GOP. (As if I ever controlled it!) But a first step to recovery is shedding the idea that, before Trump, Republicans never won elections or achieved anything. They did.

Republicans are in an interesting place in that they kind of can’t lose. Of course you want to keep the House and Senate if possible, but if Dems win they’ll pull their normal crazy bullshit and it will only help Republicans in 2028.
