Oh well my role as Academy Manager has ceased. I am now looking for new opportunities within football. Proven track record, in producing players for the first team (25 in the last 5 years) and generating £2.5 million worth of sales with a recruitment budget of £5000.

"I've been at #BuryFC 6 years. We've had 25 debuts for the first team in that time."
"I've had parents ringing me up crying."
"Dale has been in the club 8 months, and I haven't had a sentence with him."
Bury academy manager @MarkLitherland2 speaking to @talkSPORTDrive.
Absolutely devastated for everyone involved with @buryfcofficial and @buryfcyouthdept. Massive thanks to @markLitherland2 @RyanKidd8 @graham_hastings @Dave_Fitz28 + all the other coaches and staff who have made being part of the academy both a pleasure and an honour #babyshakers

Well done to our Y7A team who beat a very strong @CHHSPE team 2-0 in the 1/4 finals of the Stockport Cup tonight. The game so easily could have had a different outcome but the resilience and effort shown by all of the players was first class! ⚽️#teamgrove #cuprun

Our @buryfcyouthdept u11's were beaten by Chelsea in the quarters. They have then beaten Southampton on penalties after coming from 2 goals down. Now playing a play off with Newcastle for 4/5th place 🙌👋⚽ #buryfc #babyshakers
