We are grateful for @MicronTech’s leadership, commitment to community, and monumental $11.6 million investment in public transit. Through this partnership, we are excited to introduce a brand new Route 41 and VRT On-Demand in southeast Boise, coming spring 2027!
For 48 years, Idaho has been Micron’s home. Today, we're deepening that commitment with new investments to create opportunity for Idaho families and communities. We believe that investing in people creates a stronger future for everyone. Read more about how we're investing in Idaho's future: bit.ly/4suBl8K
Both services will also run all day, seven days a week, providing VRT's first ever all-week service. This investment will connect more people to jobs, education, the Boise Airport, and everyday destinations, and help reduce congestion in this time of unprecedented growth.
Commute with Enterprise has partnered with VRT to offer a new vanpool in Canyon County!
This program can provide vanpools between neighborhoods and employers in Canyon, Owyhee, Payette, and Gem, and other surrounding counties... even select counties in Oregon!
How does Commute with Enterprise work?
Commute with Enterprise connects employees who live near each other and provides them with a recent-model van or SUV. Riders commute together, which saves money and frees up time to relax or catch up on work.

Main Street Station has come a long way since 2016!
And, on Saturday, October 24th, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., VRT will be celebrating Main Street Station’s 10th birthday with a free, fun-filled event for the public.
Riders, it's finally here. Today, October 1st, is Change Day!
Route 30
- Based on low ridership and ready alternatives, 30 Pine will be discontinued.
- Though Route 30 will be discontinued, current riders will be able to continue using Route 45.
VRT Access
- With the discontinuation of Route 30 Pine in Meridian, the VRT Access service tied to that route will also be discontinued. VRT’s other paratransit and medical-based service – Beyond Access and Rides2Wellness – will continue to be available.
For all other routes, be sure to check out your usual route schedule at ridevrt.org/routes, as there may be updates to the times and stops.
Let us know if you have any questions about these changes. We're here to help!
