Samsung paid NLST $200 million upfront. They will pay an additional $27.5 million every quarter for the next 20 quarters which equates to around 30 cents per share each year in profit.
They also have to supply $NLST with $300 million dollars in memory at the best price point which could be the same as Nvidia.
This will equate into another 23 cents per share, or more imo.
Samsung is cooperating with the ITC (and NLST), it is part of the partnership agreement. They know who the companies are that are infringing on their patents.
Micron really needs likely will settle quickly to avoid larger implications. Their Settlement could be similar to Samsungs.
With Micron, and exiting judgement of $445 million dollars exists with interest piling up.
There are other companies like SK Hynix that will have to make a similar agreement imo.

Earnings coming up and with the large cash infusions from Samsung and Micron I think the numbers will be substantial. The quarterly payments are linked below on my previous post.

US Court Reserves Decision on Colosseum Injunction Stay

Next steps
Both CRM and the Federal Defendants have appealed the injunction, and both sought the stay. Should the
District Court decline the applications, the parties’ options include seeking a stay from the Ninth Circuit Court
of Appeals, which considers the application afresh. The appeal of the injunction itself is proceeding in parallel.
The Company’s position remains that the Plan of Operations approved by the Bureau of Land Management in
1985 constitutes a valid existing right that survived the creation of the Mojave National Preserve, as recognised
by the National Park Service in 1995, and again in April 2025.
Site operations at Colosseum remain suspended in aaccordance with the injunction. The Company will update
the market when the Court’s decision is received
