got this from a founder just starting out - if you are building an infra project, always start by showcasing a use case
have experienced this many times in prev launches of encrypt
if you dont have a big social clout then ppl will not want to spend time to think of a use case around your infra, you have to feed them the use case

the amt of time spent in kyb/kyc is insane. constant to n fro b/w the lawyer n 50 other orgs to arrange 200 docs for building the poc - mentally draining. really hope someone builds an ai for this
