Monster hunter runs can easily last 40 minutes without optimizing casually and you will never see anyone complaining that it takes too long, because the combat is satisfying and rewarding with variety of situations.
Alliance raids are the exact same thing and the combat in this game is not engaging enough to justify it, which is why I’m hoping evolved fixes
